|Recommended: YesHit And Miss — When I first moved in, I loved the place. Plenty of parking, pools were open and clean and the rent was worth the space. Now, I'm not so sure. There's a fee for everything. Paying your rent online, a list to see what you're paying for, etc. The pools haven't been open for two years. The rent is going up but I still have 1960 appliances. I now have an insect problem that doesn't seem to be going away, even after it was sprayed. There are broken down parked cars in some of the residential parking spots that never move and visitors take up most of the left over residential spots. Friendly staff and neighbors are still present here which is a good thing. Maintenance is on top of their game. Very friendly and prompt on getting the job done. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

|Recommended: YesThe Upkeep Of Property Is The Reason I Chose To Live Here — The sections I lived in bldg 1 15 was quiet, met quite a few of my neighbors and we're very friendly. I like the fact alot of my neighbors were around my age over 50. I can truly say the 7 years I have been here I have no complaints. Inez, Christina,Jazmine in the office thank you for taking care of our needs while me and my family was at Driscoll Place. Thank you Mr. Moses, Jose and Fidel for staying on top of our maintenance needs in a timely manner. I will miss you all.

|Recommended: YesDecent Place With No Major Complaints — It's a decent place to leave and the staff management and maintenance have been very helpful and quick to assist whenever I've had questions. The walls are a bit thin and I would advise against getting an apartment that faces Gears Road if excessive noise bothers you, as it is quite loud during the day and occasionally at night the road is apparently a busy one and a path for the local fire department . The parking lot can also be a bit confusing at first, so keep that in mind if you order food delivery a lot.

|Recommended: NoIt's Time For An Upgrade — Driscoll Place needs to update and upgrade their apartments. Not only their appliances but the entire infrastructure needs to be redone. I can hear my neighbors. My doors and windows are not energy efficient and off track. I'm on the second floor and the floors are not leveled or insulated. The area of the apartments have been neglected. My roof was replaced months after complaining about brown water spots and leaking ceilings.
Maintenance do what they can but won't completely fix issues until they become a repetitive issue i.e. one of my laundry doors come off the track, part of the track is wider than the rest. Maintenance only push the wheel to place it on track, instead of fixing the track to ensure this doesn't happen again. But it keeps happening and after awhile you become tired of requesting for the same issue
Front office people are nice but I'm counting down my days to upgrade to a fully efficient apartment or house elsewhere. Rent at your own risk. Your experience may not be like mine almost 5 years here
