Even if they don’t all know my name, when I walk in the office I am greeted like a friend and welcomed. They ask about my pet and how I’m doing. The maintenance staff and grounds crew are all very responsive and keep the place clean and safe. I love this apartment staff

|Recommended: NoI moved from out of state and had requested pictures of the inside apartment, come to find out the doorway to the bathroom are 24inch not standard 30 inch, which doesn't work for my daughter in a wheelchair.
There are too many bugs like roaches and fees to pays Hot water runs out and it stinks sometimes. I have an old electric stove that only cooks on high, not med or low. Ongoing issues with the oven that doesn't stay on.
I submitted a work order over three weeks ago and no maintenance yet. There was a email sent for inspection and no one showed up. Not enough employees to assist tenants. I can go on...not a great area if you want to hear gunshots at times.
