|Recommended: YesApt 811 — I think we should have option of putting our own washer and dryer in unit, at my cost that I keep and take with me or you have option to purchase from me.
Secondly, your auto payment should offer a discount of 10 percent, like you get with autopay on cell phone bills and other things in the real world. |Recommended: YesVery Pleased — From the beginning of the process of applying, to getting approved, and moving in, even when we stated there was things that needed to be fixed the staff has been tremendous. They’ve been so helpful and very nice and professional the entire time. Made the process of relocating the easiest it could have been. The community is very clean and you see staff walking around everyday, all day cleaning the grounds it’s very nice to witness. My neighbors are also great and have been helpful as well. All in all I think this was a great experience and would definitely and have already started recommending this property to other people.

|Recommended: YesThis will be my 3rd year coming in September I believe not to sure...Anyways I absolutely love this please.The maintenance guys are on top of their JOB EXCELLENT ...Now I have a problem with the DOGS poop in the grass everyday..It will be kindly appreciated if there could be emails maybe letters placed out to inform DOG owners to please keep the grass clean ETC or face conquences....Not only that some residents has a problem with speeding through the lot,so maybe we need more speed humps remember it's kids that plays outside....Other than that I loved this place....

|Recommended: NoParking Wars — No parking ever near my building. Lots of cars with no sticker. People park in the spot for walking but I know why because there’s nothing there to indicate it’s not a parking spot. So when I got new furniture I had to block ask the none resident cars in to squeeze my furniture between their cars. Excessive residents in single bedroom units. Always running up the stairs. My TV shakes on the wall. In afraid one day it will crash to the floor. Dog poo is always in the grass near our building. There aren’t enough dumpsters and they are always full. Bus are constantly getting into my unit through the bottom of the patio door. The toilet is burping or gargling randomly. It splashed my bottom one day. Let’s not mention the mysterious gunshots at night. I think the complexes are competing with who has the most ammunition to waste
