|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Staff definitely process and handle things by the book. Neighbors are to themselves. Community is quiet for the most part. Maintenance issues are solved very quickly and paperwork is left and signed by the maintenance personnel.
Staff is very professional and always willing to help if they can but they definitely handle things by the book rules of your lease and rules of property
|Recommended: YesIts A Nice Community — I can come and go as i please, no one bothers me. I have no issues at all living here. I would recommend giving the ladies in the office your time. Especially Jasmine and Inez.
|Recommended: YesDriscoll — I love living here. The ladies in the office are awesome they are very nice and professional and helpful. The only down side I'd say would be the cats. There is a lot of stray cats I believe this old lady let them go and they creep me out. Everything besides that is fine for the most part.

|Recommended: YesI Really Loved My Stay With Driscoll Place. — In my opinion it is the best apt complex in Greenspoint, within a good and calm area, schools and stores nearby.
Lived here for around 2 years and had no problems at all. Good neighbors, no noise at all.
Staff, both maintenance and office were always very polite and friendly.
They are very pet friendly as well, as well as the neighbors and kids. People were polite, everybody saying good morning etc and that makes your day more happy, right

|Recommended: YesApartment Space — It is way better then the one's on Imperial Valley. The 1 Apartment Space is good. The 1 room is fairly big. And I love our balcony were my kids play in the evenings after work while I cook in the kitchen so I can keep an eye on them.
